Aloha from the White Sandy Beaches of Maui...

By posting this blog, I simply wanted to thank all of you who have accepted to link to my blog and vice-versa.  I sincerely wish that all of the people who did not yet have the time to do it will do it soon!!!  Why??? Because, not later than last Thursday, March 8, I attended a 1-day seminar provided by Bob & Susan Sommers from VisOnTheNet.com.  This was about "Internet Marketing For Real Estate Professionals" and they extensively explained that blogging is actually the best way to rank your website with Google, Yahoo & MSN (to mention a few).  Don't we all want to see our "real estate" website ranked as high as possible???  I hereby urge you that if they happen to give a seminar in your city, please do not miss it!  It was extremely interesting and even if you are not a computer guru at least now you will be able to ask your webmaster what you want to see to appear on your website.  I have absolutely no financial interest by telling you to do it... I am just here to help, like I am here to help my clients in needs of real estate investment on Maui.  Not only am I a "First Time Maui Real Estate Seller' Specialist", I am also specialized in selling & buying any type of Maui property in South Maui and in Kula (Upcountry) - from 2000' elevation and above -  Higher is Heaven and priceless... :-)
