8. As a standard business practice I preview properties and comps as they become available, keeping you aware of market conditions as they evolve, which may affect the purchase or sale of your own piece of paradise.

9. I won't waste your time - when an offer is made, I'll require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 to 48 hours. If selling, I'll require a pre-approval letter from the lender of each potential buyer.
